How it works

1. Tell us about it. Fill in the form and add up to six photos. It takes a few minutes.
2. We call you. We give you a guide price based on what you tell us and the photos.
3. Choose your new home. Come and look round. Once we have seen what you are part exchanging we confirm its value.
4. Use the value. It comes off the price of your new home, or counts towards your deposit if you buy with finance.
