Wayside Park Estate

A small, secluded park near Minster in Thanet, Kent, open all year, with new and pre-owned homes and lodges for sale and a friendly social calendar.

Wayside is a small, privately owned park in a secluded, landscaped setting on Way Hill, about half a mile from the old village of Minster in Thanet. It is open all year, and the grounds are kept tidy and planted by the park team, paid for through the annual site fee.

We sell both new and pre-owned homes and lodges here. Owners have use of a bistro and bar, a fitness room, a small library and a laundry room, and post is delivered to shared post boxes on the park.

A park with a social life

Wayside has a friendly calendar if you want it: film nights, bingo, quizzes and card evenings, summer barbecues and cheese and wine nights. Every year owners compete in Wayside in Bloom, the park’s own garden competition.

Good to know

Homes at Wayside are sold on a 12-month holiday licence. That means you can stay all year round, but the home cannot be your main or only residence. Site fees and occupancy conditions apply, and we will go through them with you before you commit.
