A place that feels like you

Start with the perfect Park, a Holiday home and a budget. We will help with the rest.

Holiday home ownership and permanent residential living have different rules. Check the licence for the individual park. Opening all year does not mean you can live there permanently.

Our Parks

Four parks in Kent, two by the Thames in Surrey and Stonham Barns in mid-Suffolk.

Compare all seven parks

Cosgrove Leisure Parks looks after holiday and residential parks where the setting matters as much as the home itself: the tide sliding over the flats at Seasalter, the countryside location of sheppey, the quiet lanes around Minster, the riverside at Staines and the lakes and fields at Stonham Barns.

Across our parks you will find static caravans, holiday homes, lodges and park homes, for weekend breaks, longer stays and, on residential parks, a permanent home. We are a family-owned business and we would much rather show you round in person than hand you a brochure.

Why people choose a lodge or park home

Everything on one level
No stairs, wide rooms and a short step out to the garden or decking.
Less to look after
A smaller home is quicker to clean, cheaper to heat and the shared grounds are kept by the park.
Neighbours you will actually meet
Park life comes with familiar faces, and at Wayside a calendar of quiz, film and social nights.
Lock up and go
Close the door and head off for the weekend, knowing the park is looked after while you are away.
Coast or countryside
The Swale shoreline at Seasalter, Thanet villages at Minster, or open Suffolk farmland at Stonham Aspal.
