Terms of use
These terms apply when you use this website. By using it you agree to them. They do not cover buying a home or a pitch agreement: those are covered by the contract and agreement you sign with us.
Who we are
This website is run by Cosgrove Leisure Parks UK Limited, trading as Cosgrove Leisure Parks, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09984574). Our registered office is Sheerness Holiday Park, Halfway Road, Minster On Sea, Sheerness, Kent ME12 3AA. You can contact us on 0345 340 3964.
Information on this website
- We work hard to keep details of our parks and homes accurate and up to date, but prices, availability, pitch fees and specifications can change. Please check with us before making any decision.
- Photos, floor plans and descriptions are a guide only. Some photos show the same model of home on another site, or show optional extras.
- Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. A sale only becomes binding when a written agreement is signed.
- Calculators and finance examples are for illustration only. Finance is subject to status. We are a credit broker, not a lender.

Come and walk round the park
A viewing is the best way to judge a home: the light, the plot, the walk to the shop. Pick a day and we will show you round.
