This statement explains how finance works when you buy a home from us, and who regulates it.

We are a credit broker, not a lender

When you buy a holiday home, lodge or park home with finance, we introduce you to a lender. We do not lend money ourselves. We may receive commission from the lender for introducing you, and we will tell you about it before you go ahead.

Our lender

Finance is provided by Black Horse Caravan and Motorhome Finance, a trading style of Black Horse Limited, registered in England and Wales no. 661204, 25 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7HN. Black Horse Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, registration number 313409.

Finance is subject to status and is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Any figures shown on this website are examples only and are not an offer of finance.
