Privacy and cookies
How Cosgrove Leisure Parks uses personal information sent through this website, and the cookies it uses.
Draft for the client to review. Items marked TBC need confirming before launch. This is a starting point, not legal advice.
Who we are
This website is run by TBC: registered company name (TBC: company number), trading as Cosgrove Leisure Parks. We are the data controller for personal information collected through it. You can contact us about your data at TBC: enquiries email or by post at TBC: office address for enquiries.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, book a viewing, ask for a part exchange valuation or set up a property alert, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the park you are interested in and your message.
We use these details only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. If you ask for property alerts, we will email you about homes that match what you told us until you ask us to stop. Every alert email will tell you how to unsubscribe.
Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us, steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract to buy a home, and your consent for property alerts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that host this website and our email, who process it on our instructions, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for TBC: retention period, for example 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become an owner, when the records of your purchase are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for property alerts at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies

- When you close the cookie notice, your browser remembers that choice in its own local storage so the notice does not keep appearing. Nothing is sent to us.
