About us

Cosgrove Leisure Parks is a family-owned business based in Kent. We run holiday and residential parks across the South East and, since 2026, in Suffolk too.

Our parks are deliberately varied. Some are on the coast, some in the countryside. Some are small and quiet, others have a busy social calendar and plenty to do on the doorstep. What they share is a team that wants owners to feel at home from the first visit.

Growing carefully

When we take on a park, we invest in it. In July 2026 we bought Stonham Barns in mid-Suffolk, with plans to modernise its accommodation, widen the activities on offer and improve the retail village, while keeping the park running as usual for guests and owners.

Visit us

The best way to get to know a park is to walk round it. Book a viewing and a member of the team will show you the homes, the grounds and what is nearby.
