Buying with cash

What happens when you buy a lodge or park home outright, from choosing your home and the paperwork to completion day.

Buying outright is straightforward. Here is what happens between choosing your home and turning the key.

  1. Choose your home. View the homes that suit you, then let a member of the sales team know which one you would like to buy.
  2. Agree a handover date. We confirm the price, the plot and the date you will take ownership, and keep everything on track for that day.
  3. Check the paperwork. On residential parks you will receive the draft written statement and the other documents required under the Mobile Homes Act around a month before completion, so there is time to read them and ask questions.
  4. Complete. On completion day the funds are transferred, the paperwork is signed and the keys are yours.

That is the start of the next chapter. If you have questions at any stage, the sales team is happy to help.

Come and walk round the park

A viewing is the best way to judge a home: the light, the plot, the walk to the shop. Pick a day and we will show you round.
